The decision making
processes of the organisation
are made by the Board
of Control. Each region,
and each discipline
has a seat on this
board, which meets
4 times annually.
Each year an Annual
General Meeting is
held where the officers
of the association
are elected.
Depending
on the circumstances,
many events require
regional qualifiers,
and the regions
typically would
have representatives
from all the clubs
in their region
on the regional
committee.
Also,
each region is entitled
to send a representative
to each of the disciplines
technical meeting.
