Lead WAG Coaching Position Available with RGC

RGC is seeking to appoint a senior staff member in the form of an experienced WAG Coach (min level 3 qualification). The candidate would be required to lead and deliver our full competitive WAG programme. This would include a specific focus within our High Performance Pathway groups whilst leading a cohesive, progressive and highly motivated team.

The position would include a candidate experienced in the area of planning, schedules, periodisation and mentoring. You would be required to work closely with the Head coach and collaborate daily to ensure efficient cohesive programme delivery and development.

• Unit 8 Racecourse Business Park, Ballybrit, CO. Galway: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Performance Coaching: 2 years (required)
