Register your club for Team Ireland's Road to Tokyo Challenge

Gymnastics Ireland is delighted to announce that we have partnered with the Olympic Federation of Ireland (OFI) on the “Road To Tokyo” in a new virtual activity challenge.

This new, exciting, covid-safe challenge encourages clubs to get active and learn more about the upcoming Olympics! Clubs will log their physical activity which will be converted to a distance which will help their club get to Tokyo, just in time for the start of the Olympics.

Coaches can log activity from online Zoom classes or any club activity sessions that they are running and then share the club’s “Road To Tokyo” progress with their gymnasts and parents. Clubs are also encouraged to share their progress across their social channels and let everyone know how much activity they are doing.

Despite being initially targeted at schools, the OFI have kindly offered our member clubs the chance to engage in this innovative challenge.

The activity challenge will officially be launched next Tuesday 4^th May and will run all the way up to the start of the Olympics. Don’t miss your chance to sign-up.
