Coaching Pathway
Our coach education programmes provides a comprehensive approach to developing coaches from participation to elite level. The coach education pathway maps the learner journey from a new coach undertaking their first workshop module or course right through to the advanced qualifications required to coach at an elite level. The following educate pathway diagram highlights the various programmes we deliver for coaches across all levels.
Gymnastics Ireland is in the process of updating our education pathway. Information regarding the new coaching pathway will be released in 2026.
