Our coach education programmes provides a comprehensive approach to developing coaches from participation to elite level.
The Gymnastics Ireland coach education programme operates on a tiered award system and incorporates modular learning, online and blended delivery, and clear progression pathways. The programme is aligned with our national development plans (NDPs) and our international competition pathways.

In addition to the Coaching Policy, the Coaching Transfer Journeys guide gives existing coaches a simple visual route from their current qualification and shows the learning required to transfer into another discipline.
