Gymnastics Ireland secures €84k for GymABLE Disability Inclusion Programme

Gymnastics Ireland has successfully secured €84k from the Sport Ireland Dormant Account Funds (DAF) for our GymABLE inclusion and disability gymnastics programme with €34k of this specifically allocated to support member clubs who are currently involved in the programme.

Commenting on the news, Gymnastics Ireland Participation Manager Aimi Baker said:

"It is great that we have been able to secure this funding again from the Sport Ireland DAF for our GymABLE programme, and that our member clubs are being recognised and supported for all the great work they are doing in the area of disability gymnastics in Ireland. I would like to thank Sport Ireland for their continued support in the area of disability and inclusion for both our national and clubs-based disability gymnastics programmes.

GymABLE continues to strengthen and grow, and 2023 will see a number of exciting new projects being developed and delivered at a national and club level – watch this space!"
