2025 Marsh Gymnastics Ireland National Awards – Wrap up

On Saturday 6th December at the 2025 Gymnastics Ireland National Awards in partnership with Marsh, Emma Slevin was named Gymnast of the Year for the first time.

Emma has been a groundbreaking force for Gymnastics Ireland, consistently reaching world-class finals, inspiring women in Irish sport, earning a standout 4th-place beam finish at the 2025 Paris World Cup - just 0.1 away from the podium -, and now competing in the NCAA.

Men’s Artistic Gymnast Chester Enriquez was named the 2025 Rising Star after his double medal success at European Youth Olympic Festival in the summer.

Coach Conor McGovern was named 2025 Coach of the Year – International, for his contribution to Ireland’s first gymnastics European Youth Olympic medals.

Gymnastics stars, VIPs and fans alike celebrated the amazing achievements of 2025 at the Radisson Blu, Golden Lane in Dublin, recognising a year of growth and success from participation through to performance from club level through to national and international.
