The Floor - Club Display Mentor Programme 2026-27 launched

After the success of the Mentor Programme over the last 3 years, we are thrilled to offer four clubs the opportunity to take part in our Display Mentor Programme, the aim of which is to support and guide these clubs all the way to The Floor Event on 5th & 6th June 2027.
The programme will give clubs an opportunity to work with an experienced Display coach from November 2026 right up to the Floor event in June 2027. The mentor coach has 20+ years of experience in Display Gymnastics and has travelled to multiple display events across the UK and Europe.
The programme offers clubs the opportunities to have:
- Club consultation
- Support and guidance with club programme development and design
- Group mentoring sessions (online)
- 1:1 mentoring sessions (in person)
- Ongoing support and advice (up to, and including, the Floor event)
- Funding toward taking part in The Floor event in 2027. Successful clubs will receive €500 towards the entry fee for The Floor 2027.
When does the programme start and finish
The project starts in November 2026 and runs up to the Floor event in June 2027.
Who can apply
- Clubs who have never taken part in ‘The Floor’ event before.
- Clubs interested in developing a GymABLE Disability Display Team or planning to integrate gymnasts with disabilities into their current Display Team.
- A club who has the time to commit to the project.
- A club who is committed to taking part in the Floor in 2027 i.e. sending a minimum of one team.
