2019 Gymnastics Ireland calendar dates released

19th November 2018, Sport HQ, Dublin; The calendar dates for the 2019 gymnastics competitive and participation events has been released.

The upcoming year will see some change in the structure of the National Series competitions as well as some new participation events launched (more info to follow via direct email to clubs). There will be 4 main National Series event weekends throughout the year that will comprise various disciplines & levels which will take gymnasts from qualifications through to finals and National Series Super Championships (NSSC). Please note the date of the NSSC was moved from its usual time of end of June/Start of July to end of July/start of August at the request of RTE who are investigating options to potentially cover the NSSC on RTE Television. While this coverage is not confirmed it was felt that we needed to facilitate the request in the hope that coverage can be agreed/secured.

The 2019 calendar is available in the ‘Events & Results’ section of our website. All entry deadlines, late entry deadlines, individual costs and team costs can be seen by clicking in the calendar date of your choice. A link to the results page will be included in this section after each event has concluded. A link to the e-tickets page will also be included two weeks before the event where you can purchase your tickets online.
