This is an election/nomination AGM and therefore deadline for receipt of valid motions to be considered at the AGM and nominations for the Board is close of business, Friday 28th June 2019.Nominations are to be made on the official ‘ Board Officer Nomination Form’ only.

The Directors Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2018 will be issued to members/published online by Friday 21st June. Deadline for queries to the financial statements is close of business Friday 12th July 2019.
