Gymnastics Ireland launches new GymSTART Challenge Competition

Gymnastics Ireland is proud to launch the 'GymSTART Challenge Competition', a new national competitive event open to Recreational members which is based on our GymSTART Awards and building on the huge success of our current GymSTART Challenge participation events. The new event aims to provide our recreational members with an opportunity to experience competition within a fun and relaxed environment while celebrating personal achievement. While this event is specifically targeted for recreational members please note that it is open to competitive and student members also.

The first of the GymSTART Challenge Competitions will take place on Sunday 10th March 2019 in the Sport Ireland National Indoor Arena, National Sports Campus, Dublin. Entry deadline is Friday 8th February 2019. Click below for details…

It is Gymnastics Ireland's intention to expand this programme nationally as we go into 2020 to provide further participation events around the country in addition to the 'GymSTART Challenge' and 'The Floor' to offer a range of accessible events for our recreational membership base.
