New National Series Super Camp Launched – BOOK NOW!

6th March 2019, Dublin: The National Series Super Camp is the new Gymnastics Ireland summer camp for coach learning & gymnast development targeted at all competitive members from all disciplines which will take place for the first time from the 29th July to the 2nd August 2019 in the Sport Ireland National Indoor Arena (NIA).

The gymnasts and coaches involved will have full use of the world class facilities; the National Gymnastics Training Centre & the National Indoor Athletics Training Centre which will be fully equipped with all gymnastics apparatus for all disciplines.

Gymnastics Ireland’s CEO Mr. Ciaran Gallagher commented: ‘World class facilities at the Sport Ireland National Sports Campus with a coaching team that boasts multiple European, World & Olympic medals under their belts plus one of the most famous gymnasts of all time with multiple European, World and Olympic Champion Daniela Silivas, will ensure this is a training camp not to be missed! Top level choreographers from the entertainment world plus experienced Physios will ensure a full 360 development experience for gymnasts and coaches that attend.’

Sally Johnson, Gymnastics Ireland’s Performance and Technical Manager added: ‘An excellent opportunity for our clubs and disciplines to come together and use the superb national facilities in Dublin. The camp will be very educational and rewarding for all our coaches and gymnasts with many workshops and support coaching for all.’

The National Series Super Camp will host a series of special guests including multiple Women’s Artistic Olympic Champion Daniela Silivas and the Britain’s Got Talent 2009 winner ‘Diversity’ UK Dance group choreographer amongst other elite high-performance coaches which will partake in the training delivered to all gymnasts.

Please note that spaces are limited and therefore this is a first come first serve basis. No individual gymnasts can book a place without their personal coach or club.
