2021 Annual General Meeting Notice

Official notice has been issued directly to clubs regarding the 2021 Annual General Meeting which will take place virtually on Sunday 27th June 2021 at 2pm.

Please Note:

This is the first AGM operating under our new club representative voting model that was adopted by the membership at the 2020 AGM. Each club must nominate 2 delegates, 1 primary (voting delegate) and 1 secondary (votes in event of non-attendance of primary delegate). Clubs must complete an online AGM delegate registration form by Friday 11th June 2021, the link for this form has been sent to clubs directly along with the official notice letter.

Full AGM documentation including Directors Report & Financial Statements for year-end 2020 will be issued directly to clubs and published online shortly.

This is not an election/nomination AGM.

Deadline for receipt of valid motions to be considered at the AGM and queries to the financial statements is close of business Friday 18th June 2021 and must be submitted via the club secretary or named club delegates.
