Join the upcoming Gymnastics Ireland Webinar "Flexibility Training – An evidence based approach" with Fiona Gorman, Chartered Physiotherapist, on Saturday February 27th.

Fiona works as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist, specialising in orthopaedic trauma for the HSE as well as being involved in women’s artistic gymnastics as both a physiotherapist and coach at club level. She has previously worked for Gymnastics Ireland as the national physiotherapist and more recently in providing coach education from a physiotherapy perspective.

About this webinar

The "Flexibility Training – An evidence based approach" webinar will be reviewing the current evidence available on flexibility training and how to apply it to the sport of gymnastics to ensure a safe and scientific approach for gymnasts.

Who is it for

This webinar is open to all members across all disciplines of 18 years and above with an interest in Flexibility Training. Its content is ideally suited to gymnastics coaches involved in designing flexibility programmes for gymnasts.

Attendees will receive a copy of the slides, additional written information and a 30min Q&A at the end of the presentation
