Physical Preparation – Brilliant Basics” with Dan Lonsdale, a leading gymnastics Strength & Conditioning Coach offering physical preparation and coach education to gymnastics clubs across the UK. He currently runs his own S&C clinics and workshops for gymnastics clubs across the UK and Ireland.

"Brilliant Basics" for younger coaches just wanting to know what to look for and the key points in physical preparation exercises.
Who is it for
This virtual event is open to all Gymnastics Ireland members across all disciplines (who are 16 and over). The content that will be delivered is ideally suitable for younger coaches (Level 1 and 2) who are coaching in their clubs at a development level.
- Date & Time: - May 29th @ 6.00pm to 7.00pm.
This webinar will be hosted on Zoom, and we will send the access link one day before the event. *Any candidate in attendance under the age of 18 will have to complete an online consent form - this will be sent out prior to the webinar start date*
- Cost: €25
