Nutrition for Gymnasts – a practical look at what and when to eat during training and competition

This webinar takes a practical look at food for the gymnast. It covers what to eat and when to eat. It tackles some of the challenge’s gymnasts face like limited time to eat and nerves at competition. Nutrients, meals and planning guidelines, with an emphasis on the quality of a sport diet, will also be covered. It is designed to encourage better quality, variety and diversity in the diet for performance, gut and overall health.

This webinar is open to all members across all disciplines of 18 years and above including parents whose children are members, with an interest in Nutrition.
