About the speaker

After 20 years working as a teacher and coach to all age levels from under-7 to adults, Gordon set up Working with Parents in Sport, whose mission statement is ‘to support organisations, parents and coaches in working together to provide children with the best possible sporting experiences’.

He is the author of three books including ‘Engage’ – A coaches guide to building positive relationships with your athletes’ parents. His clients include over 10 National Governing Bodies worldwide, the Youth Sports Trust and UK Coaching.

In January 2021, Gordon delivered a workshop at British Gymnastics Performance Pathway Symposium.
