300+ members attend first 'Gymnastics Ireland Exchange'!

The inaugural Gymnastics Ireland Exchange conference
took place for the first-time from Monday 30th October through
to Friday 3rd November.
This new hybrid virtual and in-person knowledge exchange conference hit areas such as participation through to performance, club inclusion plus gymnastics club operation. It included specific in person days for Gymnastics for All (GfA), National Squad/Performance, multiple coaching courses plus gymnast training days at the Sport Ireland National Indoor Arena. The event culminated on Friday 3rd November with an in-person keynote day including top-class speakers Prof. Sergio Lara-Bercial from ICOACHKIDS, Tony Retrosi from Gym Momentum, European Gymnastics GfA President Hlif Thorgeirsdottir, Irish Sports Broadcaster Evanne Ní Chuilinn and closed with Gymnastics Ireland star & 2 x time World Champion Rhys McClenaghan.
The full Exchange week wrapped up with a club networking dinner after the keynote speakers hosted by Gymnastics Ireland. Clubs provided with 2 x free tickets to the dinner plus a hotel room for those that needed one.
