The National Series encompasses all national level competitive gymnastics events throughout the year.

Gymnastics is a multi-discipline sport. The National Series is our innovative competitive event programme encompassing all levels and all disciplines.

GymSTART is a programme designed to drive participation in the club, school or educational setting by creating a safe, progressive & fun environment for all, from coaches & teachers through to gymnasts & students.

GymSTART is our flagship participation programme focussed on the development of gymnastics as a fun & healthy activity for members in clubs & schools encompassing events, education & support resources.

JumpSTART is a discipline-focused events programme that provides recreational members with the opportunity to compete in more than one discipline, whereby club recreational level gymnasts can try one or all of the disciplines as an individual gymnast, as part of a discipline team and part of an overall club team.

JumpSTART is a club recreational level competitive programme that acts as a bridge between our GymSTART and National Series programmes. Gymnasts can compete across multiple disciplines either as an individual or part of a club team.

Gymnastics Ireland's annual flagship participation based event – The Floor.

The Floor is our flagship display/Gymnastics for All event that provides clubs with the opportunity to put on a fun entertainment spectacle for an enthusiastic crowd of gymnastics fans.

GymABLE is our award winning inclusion programme targeted at providing gymnastics opportunities for people with disabilities both at club and national level.

GymEDGE is a series of gymnastics-based workshops for any coach from any sport designed to develop the complete athlete/player.

GymEDGE is a sports coach development programme that uses core fundamental gymnastics skills and training techniques to assist other sports build the complete athlete or player.

Gym4TEENS is a programme targeted at retaining teenagers in gymnastics as well as growing teenage participation rates across our sport.
