Gymnastics Ireland is proud to present GymABLE - an inclusive gymnastics programme currently targeted at providing gymnastics opportunities for people with disabilities. Our Disabilities Programme is supported by Sport Ireland and CARA.

Gymnastics Ireland aims to promote and nurture:
- An inclusive culture, recognizing that every person is an individual and has their own learning style thus promoting disability inclusion throughout the sport
- The identity of each person attending the sport and aim to ensure that their emotional and physical wellbeing is always of paramount importance
CARA Inclusion Awards
CARA provides a national collaborative platform to impact on enhancing sport and physical activity opportunities for people with disabilities.
Every year CARA, host the National Inclusion Awards. These awards recognise organisations and people who enhance participation opportunities for people with disabilities in sport. Physical activity and physical education.
In 2017, Gymnastics Ireland were shortlisted for the NGB award for the work of the GymABLE Club Inclusion Project.
