4700+ at Dublin november participation weekend

This weekend saw the first ever GymSTART Floor & Vault Teams Competition, and a return of the JumpSTART Competition at the Sport Ireland National Indoor Arena in Dublin. With 1,300+ gymnasts and 3,400+ spectators, it was an incredible weekend of gymnastics and comradery between the gymnasts themselves. It has been so heartwarming to see the smiles our gymnasts have had on every day as they performed alongside their fellow friends and club members. We couldn’t be prouder of every gymnast who has given it their all!

The GymSTART Floor & Vault Teams Competition is a national competitive event based on our GymSTART Awards. This event aims to provide our Recreational Members with an opportunity to experience a team competition within a fun and relaxed environment while celebrating personal achievement.

The JumpSTART Competition is a discipline-focused events programme that provides recreational members with the opportunity to compete in more than one discipline, whereby club recreational level gymnasts can try one or all of the disciplines as an individual gymnast, as part of a discipline team and part of an overall club team.

Attention now shifts to the GymSTART Floor and Vault competition taking place from the 29th to the 30th of November in the University of Limerick Sport Arena.
