Gymnastics Ireland Exchange
About this event
The Gymnastics Ireland Exchange covers all areas of our sport including participation, performance, inclusion, safeguarding, gymnastics business operations and more – aiming to touch on it all through a flexible hybrid virtual and in person week of exchanging ideas, educating and supporting personal & club development and networking.
Get Involved
In previous years, the conference has featured exceptional keynote speakers like Rhys McClenaghan (Ireland’s first ever gymnastics Olympic Champion) Luke Carson (Olympic gold medal-winning coach), Sarah Keane (President of the Olympic Federation of Ireland), Evanne Ní Chuilinn (Former RTÉ Sports journalist), Hlif Thorgeirsdottir (European Gymnastics GfA President) thus offering invaluable insights from industry leaders.
Gymnasts’ voices also take centre stage in a Club Discussion panel, highlighting participation, and the advantages of developing leadership skills early in life. The event fosters connections, with clubs sharing success stories from initiatives like the Young Leadership programme and the GymABLE initiative.
